Ammonium salts as an inexpensive and convenient nitrogen source in the Cu-catalyzed amination of aryl halides at room temperature
Literature Information
Jinho Kim, Sukbok Chang
Convenient and inexpensive ammonium salts such as NH4Cl and aqueous NH3 solution are found to be readily utilized in the Cu-catalyzed room temperature N-arylation of aryl halides, providing N-unprotected aniline derivatives in high yields.
