If you see your company in the supplier list on ChemTradeHub.com but haven't registered on our platform, please don't worry. This is because ChemTradeHub's data center discovered your company on public platforms or your official website and our algorithm has identified you as a trustworthy supplier enterprise, so we have included your company. Since the information is obtained from public sources, company information or product information may be outdated or incorrect. Therefore, we strongly recommend that your company claim your business for free. Registration and claiming company information is completely free, and it only takes 3 steps.

Compared to unclaimed companies, claimed companies and products will have priority in search and display over unclaimed companies, and the system will regularly clean up and reduce unclaimed company and product information.

Step 1: Register/Login

To claim your company, you need to register or log in to the platform first. If you have a Google or Microsoft account, you can log in with one click without email verification. If you register with email, the system will send a verification email to your mailbox to verify its authenticity.

Step 2: Claim and Fill in Necessary Verification Information

Please fill in real company information and upload relevant supporting documents so that verification can be passed quickly in one go.

Step 3: Verification of Claim Information Authenticity

The platform operations team will verify your submitted claim information within 1-3 business days. If the information is authentic and valid, after passing verification, you will receive an email. You can then maintain your company's information and products. If some information cannot be verified or is missing, the verification will not pass, and you can resubmit the claim according to requirements.
