Single Product Upload
- In the user center backend, select "Product Management", then click the "Add Product" button in the upper right corner
- In the pop-up add product window, enter your product information. "Product Name" is a required field, while others are optional, but we recommend filling them out as completely as possible to provide a more comprehensive display of your product information.
- If your product has a CAS number, you can enter the CAS number in the CAS number field and click "Get Compound Information". If the platform has the compound for that CAS number, it will automatically fill in the product name and structural formula image.
- "Product Name", "Product Description", "Specifications/Purity", and "Price" are set up for input in three languages: English, Chinese, and Japanese. If the content is the same, you only need to enter it in English.
- After completing the information entry and confirming it is correct, click the "Save" button.
After successful saving, the current page will refresh. Based on the product information, some products may automatically pass the review, while those involving hazardous chemicals/prohibited substances will require manual review by the platform. Normally, the review will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Batch Upload
- If you are a paid member, regardless of which subscription plan you have, you can use Excel templates to batch upload and import products.
- Click the "Batch Upload Products" menu or the "Batch Upload Products" button in the "Product List" to enter the batch upload interface
- Click "Download Template File" to automatically download the template in the current language.
- Open the template file with Excel software and follow the same rules as single product upload.
- After filling out the Excel file, return to the "Batch Upload Products" page, click "Select File", choose the completed Excel file, and click "Start Upload" in the lower left corner.
- Please note that the number of products in Excel should not exceed the quantity limit of your current membership level.
